We have some dangerous heat for the next few days. Stay hydrated and take frequent breaks. Check on the elder and make sure the pets have a cool place and plenty of fresh water.
Everyone be aware of heat stroke signs of confusion, slurred speech, hot and dry skin or heavy sweating, a fast heartbeat and fainting. Get emergency help immediately!
