Customer had a water leak coming from their basement ceiling. Found the problem and got them fixed with minimal wall removal. Old cast was split in the wall. This is also common for sewer smells coming back into the house.

Had a customer getting a smell out of the shower at their rental. The simplest of things are often overlooked. I originally thought the drain just fell, but it was never plumbed in.
