Hello, everyone. We know the amount of severe weather and hail damage calls are upon us. We hope everyone made it through safely with the severe weather and golf ball size hail today. If not, please take note… If you have hail and/or storm damage, please call your insurance agent. A lot of times they will ask you to contact us, to verify you have hail and/or storm damage. Trust us, if you see you may have storm/hail damage, we will too. And at this stage you need to contact your insurance company yet again and let them know you have damage and you need the adjuster to come out to figure out what damaged repairs/replacements need to be done. We can only tell you the damage we see, but it’s up to them to decide the amount you are covered for or if the damage you have is only cosmetic or qualifies for a claim. It’s okay to skip us coming out to verify what you see. Please stay strong with your insurance agent when it comes to damage. If you see damage, we will, too. Once you have the adjuster out and he assesses your damage and gives you a detailed report of what is damaged, what they will cover, this is where we come into play. We hope this helps everyone and we are here to help you through the storm damage. Also, please be aware of “storm chasers” that are out looking for roof damage.
