Job Title: Lawn Crew Member
Location: Field-Based (Macomb & Oakland County Area)
Job Type: Full-Time, 40+ hours weekly
Pay Rate: $18 - $22 per hour (based on experience)
Positions Open: 2-3
Job Overview:
We are looking for dependable and hardworking Lawn Crew Members to join our team. This role involves performing lawn maintenance, and seasonal work in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow, trim, edge, and blow lawns with professional-grade equipment
- Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean vehicle and equipment
- Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance
- Speak with customers
Requirements:
- Experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Dependable and punctual with a strong team attitude
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Smart phone with internet access.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
