In 2007, we stepped away from local residential work to service bank-owned properties throughout Northeast and Central Pennsylvania.

From landscaping and general maintenance to full rehabs, we were held to a strict professional standard.

Every project was inspected — as these were government and national mortgage accounts.

As these clients restructure their portfolios and inventory remains limited, we now have select availability for residential services once again.

Property Preservation company looking for motivated individuals immediately. Located in Mt. Cobb but servicing all of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Valid Pa drivers license and cell phone are required. Some job duties include grass cutting, leaf removal, shrub and tree trimming, boarding windows, trashing out homes, janitorial work and more. 7-5 Monday through Friday.
