✅ Insulate exposed pipes at the well and pump
✅ Insulate outside tankless water heater pipes with insulation, foam, or heat tape
✅ Remove garden hoses from hose bibbs
✅ Leave one faucet dripping with a thin stream
✅ Insulate all exposed piping, including pool lines, pumps, and irrigation systems — these are especially vulnerable to cracking

Taking a few precautions now can help prevent costly damage later.

"We had to replace one, and repair a second hose spigot, due to water leaking in the stucco-block wall. Scheduling with Tanya and Angela, who are as genuine as they are professional, was a breeze (and a pleasure). Dalton’s workmanship (opening up the stucco / re-piping / and re-pairing the opening) was stellar. Also appreciated his setting my expectations and clearly communicating necessary steps involved with why these new pipes were being used, and how long to wait for the stucco repair to cure, before using the new spigot lever. Tyler came back out to finish setting the spigot with Tapcon screws, as Dalton had advised.

Between scheduling, repairs, workmanship and follow-up, I think Blue Sky’s rates are a good value, given the exceptional quality of everything I experienced. I also have the sense that had there been any issues, this family-owed company puts integrity over reputation and money. While plumbing repairs are not on my bucket list of ideal home improvements, at least I feel assured calling on Blue Sky. I recently had the pleasure of working with Blue Sky Plumbing for the installation of a new water heater at my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their exceptional service. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional.

The team at Blue Sky Plumbing was prompt and arrived exactly on time. They were courteous and respectful, taking great care to protect my home during the installation process. The plumber (Cody) was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions and explaining the installation process in detail, which really put my mind at ease.
