t, in that we could be building our Clients a high specialty nouveau restaurant, such as Harp & Crown, Double Knot, Vernick Food & Drink, or the former, 5 Star Le Bec Fin. We do Landlord fitout for Liberty Property Trust at the Comcast Center, which included updating the restrooms on 57 floors. For Landlord Korman Commercial, we built out vanilla shells at The Franklin House on Chestnut Street. We built Flight Centre's new Center City Flagship office location for Liberty Travel. This worldwide travel company, is a long standing client. The highly anticipated Chestnut Street location was built in 17 weeks, with the Ownership, Architect, Designer and RKA collaborating to making a splash with an outstanding new design. We, at Russ Kelly & Associates, are experts at working with the City of Philadelphia Licenses and Inspections Department to handle your zoning or permit issues.
