✨ It’s all in the details now…

This custom home has come a LONG way since we first shared that freshly poured foundation—and lately, some of the details we've been waiting to see are finally coming together!

Outside, the combination of crisp white siding, natural stone, dark roofing, standing seam metal accents, and those beautiful gable details is giving this home so much character. The renovated outbuilding is tying into the new home beautifully, too.

And inside? Things are getting exciting. 🏡

Custom cabinetry is being installed, the stone fireplace is taking center stage, flooring is underway, and the warm wood tones are beginning to add another layer of character to the light-filled interior.

This is the stage where so many of the selections made months ago finally start meeting each other—and we love watching it happen.

There’s still work to be done, but this one is looking more like home every day.

It's taking shape.

With every update, this custom rebuild looks a little less like a construction site and a little more like the home it was designed to be.

The roofing is complete, the windows are in, and the front elevation is beginning to showcase the character and craftsmanship that make this project unique. What started as an aging home is being transformed into a beautifully reimagined custom residence designed for the homeowners' next chapter.

Next up, the exterior finishes will begin bringing even more character to this home, and we can't wait to share the progress.

It’s amazing to look back at where this project started just a few months ago.

Since our last update, this custom home has seen incredible progress. The roof is complete, Marvin windows have been installed, siding is going up, and the wrap-around porch and lanai are beginning to showcase the outdoor living spaces that will make this home so special.

Every phase brings us one step closer to delivering a home that's been thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted from the ground up. ✨

The transformation is becoming easier to see with every passing week.

What started as an aging home, then a demolition site, is now rapidly taking shape as a completely reimagined custom residence.

With windows installed, roofing underway, and the home's distinct architectural details beginning to emerge, the vision behind this project is becoming reality. It's always rewarding to reach the stage where homeowners can begin to see their future home come to life beyond the plans and renderings.

There's still plenty of work ahead, but the progress made so far has been exciting to watch, and we're looking forward to sharing what's next.

✨ We're excited to share the completion of this beautiful primary en-suite bathroom remodel.

A key part of this transformation involved expanding the bathroom into previously underutilized hallway space from the original home design, creating a more functional layout and allowing the homeowners to make the most of their primary suite.

The space was completely refreshed with a custom vanity, quartz countertops, a built-in window seat, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and a stunning tiled tub-shower wet room featuring a frameless glass enclosure. Every detail was carefully selected to create a bathroom that feels bright, timeless, and tailored to the homeowners' needs.

From demolition to this—in just one week.

Last week, we shared photos of this home being taken down to the original foundation. Today, the rebuild is already standing tall.

Projects like this are a great reminder of how quickly progress can happen when careful planning, skilled craftsmanship, and a dedicated team come together.

There's still plenty of work ahead, but seeing the footprint, rooflines, and spaces begin to take shape makes the vision feel real.

Out with the old, making way for the new.

Demolition is complete on this custom rebuild project, leaving only the existing foundation as the starting point for what's ahead.

While it may not look like much right now, this is where the excitement begins. In the months ahead, this site will be transformed into a beautifully crafted custom home designed specifically for its owners.

A lot can happen in just several weeks.

When we first introduced this custom home, the site consisted of a freshly poured foundation and the beginning stages of an existing outbuilding remodel.

Today, the transformation is well underway.

The home's footprint has taken shape, exterior walls are framed, roof trusses are in place, and the vision for this beautiful custom residence is becoming easier to see with every passing day.

This project continues to bring together some outstanding craftsmanship and trusted trade partners, including:

We’re excited to introduce one of Dombach Builders’ newest projects — a full 2,527 sq. ft. custom rebuild on the existing foundation that will completely transform this longtime home inside and out.

What began as an addition/remodel ultimately evolved into a complete rebuild, creating an entirely reimagined home featuring custom craftsmanship, updated finishes, and thoughtfully designed living spaces throughout. The project also includes a full exterior facelift of the existing detached garage to seamlessly match the new home design.

Highlights of the project include cathedral ceilings in the kitchen, custom built-ins and wood accents, a custom fireplace feature, upgraded exterior finishes, and a fully refreshed interior from top to bottom.

We’re proud to be partnering with an incredible team of local suppliers and craftsmen on this project:

• Simonton white double hung, casement windows, and patio doors installed throughout the home
• Alside premium vinyl siding and Tamko Titan XT 50-year shingles for a complete exterior upgrade
• Signature Stone providing and installing the exterior stone veneer on the home and detached garage, as well as the custom fireplace stone and hearth
• Hershey Doors supplying the homeowner-selected garage doors
• J.Z. Horning LLC providing and installing the kitchen cabinetry
• Milton Grove Woodworks crafting and installing the custom en-suite vanity, second-floor bath vanity, window seats with wood tops.
• Indoor City providing and installing the flush tile shower with bench, tile bath flooring, quartz countertops, tile kitchen backsplash, LVP flooring, and carpet selections throughout the home.

Something very special is beginning to take shape…

We’re excited to introduce our newest custom home build — thoughtfully designed, beautifully detailed, and set in a quiet, scenic location.

From the very first stages you’re seeing here, this home is being built with intention at every step — featuring natural stone elements, warm custom finishes, and inviting outdoor spaces designed for everyday living.

This one will include:
