When Valon Arifi, owner of Calabria Italian Kitchen, envisioned expanding his restaurant’s offerings, he knew the space needed to evolve. To accommodate a full-service cooking line and a more diverse menu, a complete renovation was undertaken, transforming the restaurant into an upscale, modern pizzeria while preserving the warmth and authenticity guests have come to love.

Through the collaboration of Sam Anderson (Anderson Architects), Gary Merritt (GE Merritt Construction), and Gwen Canfield (615 Interiors), Valon’s vision became a reality. We hope you'll stop by for dinner, explore the newly renovated restaurant, and enjoy everything Calabria has to offer!

We are thrilled to have partnered with Cesar Ruiz and Javier Sanchez as they expanded their successful Spring Hill concept, The Spot Burgers and Beers, into Hendersonville.

Our team reimagined a former burger restaurant space into a vibrant new home for their second location—designed to capture the same energy and community spirit that made the original such a hit.

If you’re in the area, be sure to stop by The Spot to experience the perfect mix of great food, cold drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere!
