TKO RENOVATIONS COMMUNITY PROJECT
Over the years, we’ve been fortunate enough to work with a lot of great people throughout our community. We know there are also many people quietly helping others every day without asking for recognition — and sometimes those same people could use a helping hand themselves.
So this year, TKO Renovations has decided to give back.
We are selecting ONE local individual or family to receive up to $5,000 in labor and materials for home repairs or improvements at NO cost.
This project is intended for someone who genuinely deserves a little extra help:
• Senior citizens
• Veterans
• Disabled individuals
• Caregivers
• Single parents
• Or simply someone known for helping others in the community
Possible project examples may include:
• Deck or porch repairs
• Stair or railing repairs
• Accessibility improvements
• Wheelchair ramps
• Minor bathroom safety upgrades
• Flooring or safety-related repairs
• Small handyman-related projects
PLEASE NOTE:
This project is intended for smaller-scale repairs and improvements. Full remodels, room additions, roofing replacements, major plumbing/electrical overhauls, HVAC systems, emergency repairs, and large-scale construction projects are NOT included.
HOW TO NOMINATE SOMEONE:

2. Help us spread the word by sharing this post
3. Tag the person you are nominating
4. Tell us WHY they deserve to be selected and what kind of help they may need
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Please DO NOT nominate yourself
• Nominees must live within our service area
• Service area includes Clermont County, Brown County, Hamilton County, Warren County, Butler County, and surrounding areas
• Recipient must own the property or have homeowner approval for work to be completed
• Nominations close on June 1st
• Recipient will be announced by June 8th
• Final project scope, included labor, and materials will be determined by TKO Renovations after project inspection and evaluation
• Project completion timeline may vary depending on scheduling, weather, material availability, and project scope
• TKO Renovations reserves the right to decline projects deemed unsafe, structurally unsuitable, outside project scope, or otherwise impractical
• Project has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged
• By participating, nominators and nominees agree that project photos/videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes
We are not looking for the “best story.”
We simply want an opportunity to recognize someone in our community who could truly benefit from a helping hand.
We may also choose additional nominees for smaller surprise projects, discounts, or future community assistance opportunities.
