When our attendees speak, we listen……. We strategically have our meet up every third Thursday of the month so it is a pattern that people can schedule well in advance, but we have not been getting the reminder post out in a timely manner and wanted to correct this in regard to the feedback that we received.

With that said, I look forward to seeing our loyal and diverse attendees next Thirsday and for anyone else that is even slightly interested in discussing the multifasited topics within the passive or active multifamily investing realm please feel free to pop in and introduce yourself We’d love to meet you ans assist in any way that we can.

Today brings so many feelings for so many. One of my best friends, who is not on social media, was thought to have been one of the victems of today horrific attack for 6 days. I now have the pleasure to call on him when ever I need a sounding board b/c of the perspective he has on life and beating cancer 3 times. I have also had incredible memories with him while coaching our sons during their travel baseball years so with that said I am both grateful for such a great friend, but still in mental awe of how this could have occurred.

On 9/11/2015, while I was an outsourced PM for the historic restoration of the American College of the Building Arts, I decided to be on site at dawn and used an 80’ lift to spray paint this on the roof sheathing of the building due to the orientation of the building to the highway so the tens of thousands of commuters could reflect upon this historic day and at a minimum tell the people that they care about that how much they love them. Forgive, heal, learn, but Never Forget!

Happy 22nd Birthday to this talented, funny, street smart (which isn’t common anymore), diverse and light hearted young woman! Needless to say these 22 years now feel like a blink, but they’ve always been an adventure and since we’re so much alike it kind of scares me how hard you’re going to push life to it’s limits! I do not know what it is like being 22 these days but your kind soul will always be appreciated by others. Love you!

Now that I have been in business for over 25 years, which may make me a little bit older than some of my peers I like to post more about topics that help others or things that make you feel good! I thought this was a very powerful presentation of how we feel about our Freedom and honor the ones the ones that sacrifice in order to live the quality lives that we do. Sorry it isn’t too light out at at 5:30 am.
