EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPERS: minimum Starting pay is $18/hr - $23/hr (dependant on kniwledge/(skill level)

INEXPERIENCED LANDSCAPERS: minimum starting pay is $15/hr - $17/hr. (Pay will increase every 45 days as you become more experienced and productive)

GET PAID IN CASH EVERY FRIDAY + BONUSES FOR ALL EMPLOYEES BASED ON PRODUCTION. . All work is in Mt. Pleasant. Year-round work. Full time and part time. I'm looking for someone to run a landscape crew starting in March. I would like to ahead and start training this individual now starting at $16-19/hr. Based on experience. Pay will increase once you take over the maintenance crew and is based on how many properties you can handle each week. Must be able to service a Minimum of 40 yards/week by yourself. Starting minimum pay will be $900/week in cash every Friday. With an helper I expect 70 properties to get done each week. The more you can do the more you'll get paid. Max pay will be around $1800/week. Cash bonuses will also be given out 9n a consistent basis and will be based on production. Experience is a must. Must have valid drivers lisence. Need a self motivated employee that is good with customer relations and handling day to day operations. Be your own boss, make your own hours, take-home personal work truck (all gas and insurance is paid for). All work is in Mt. Pleasant, IOP and Sullivan's Island. Pick up equipment in the mornings at a storage unit in Mt. Pleasant and drop it off at the end of each day. Do all the yards you can each week and I'll Venmo/Cass app you your paycheck every Friday. Starting pay is $700 in cash every Friday. Bonuses and raises will ne given regularly based on performance. About 30-35 hours per week. Your choice to work anywhere from 4-7 days. You will be responsible for the maintenance of 75 residential properties that need to be done over a two-week period. Mowing, edging, weed-eating and blowing (about 15 yards a day) for one week (if working Mon through Friday) and the next week you be doing clean ups which consists of trimming shrubs, laying down mulch or pine straw, spraying weeds, fertilizing, cleaning out beds, etc. You will be provided with a work truck that you can take home and use personally as long as you pay for your own gas while not at work. You will have one at least one employee with you at all times. Some experience and a valid driver's license is required. If you are able to take on more properties you will be paid more. The more properties you can handle, the more money you will make. Maximum pay is $1,250 per week. You can make your own schedule as long as everything gets done gets done each week. Equipment needs to be picked up and dropped off at the storage unit, before and after work every day in Mount Pleasant. All properties are located in Mount Pleasant. Year-round work. Laid back boss.
