Hi John. Your company has done a number of electrical jobs for us in the last few years. We’ve always been very pleased with the work done and have recommended Estep to friends. We recently moved into an older house and have needed a number of electrical jobs done. Last Wednesday, Ashton and Bryson were here to install a new receptacle for a gas stove and a dedicated circuit for a microwave in the pantry. To me it seemed the dedicated circuit proved tricky to figure out how to run it through the house and connect it to the breaker. Ashton ran the options by me, explained which he thought best, and I said go ahead.
The guys set up the microwave, cleaned up, and put everything back in the pantry.
The last task was to tighten up a wobbly ceiling fan with light on a screened porch. Not only did Bryson fix the fan, he solved the problem of the light coming on with the fan. He asked if there was a remote. The former owner had left a remote inside without saying what it went with. It controls the fan light!
I was impressed with how well the two guys worked together. Ashton complimented Bryson at one point. They were patient and courteous with each other, and with me. They answered my questions and helped me understand other electrical issues in the house, to the best of their knowledge.
Let me also commend Matt, who came to evaluate and give a quote on the job above. He realized we didn’t have enough space for an over-the-range microwave, which we had purchased and planned to have your guys install. Matt suggested placing a portable microwave in the pantry instead. Great solution! I was able to return the too-big microwave and get a suitable one that day.
These young men are a credit to your company and are representing you well. I give them 5 stars! You’ve built a company that is reliable, honest, competent, and helpful with staff that are pleasant to have in the house. My husband and I are grateful!
