There is a known scam that law enforcement is aware of as I called them. The scam is you get a call from a private number and then told you won $2.5 million money from publisher clearing house and a car, plus $7,000 for life . Then you are given a number to call with a claim number and ext. Then they want you to buy a $399.99 netspend card at Rite Aid or Dollar General for the taxes that they have prepaid on your behalf and show whom comes with your check and car the card and receipt. I didn't fall for it. I know that you don't have to pay for a winning prize and publisher clearing house is not going to call you and ask such. Beware of the scam. NEVER send money for a prize money.
