Our Ready Mix Team recently gathered for our annual Spring Kick-Off Meeting, where we focused on safety and operational procedures in preparation for the 2026 season.

During the meeting, we were also proud to continue our Extra Mile Award tradition of honoring Employees whose work ethic and commitment truly elevate our team and the workplace.

As a reflection of outstanding work in 2025, we were excited to accounce Steve Findsen as Central Concrete's Extra Mile Award recipient. Congrats, Steve!

Today, we celebrate the retirement of a truly valued member of our concrete team, Scott Nestle.

For 15 years, Scott has been the reliable voice on the other end of the dispatch line...coordinating customer's projects, truck schedules, concrete mixes, and everything in between. Beyond the dispatching, Scott has been a reliable, positive member of our team, and a key part of our success. He will certainly be missed.

Scott, thank you for 15 years of outstanding service at Central Concrete. May your road ahead be filled with relaxation and plenty of time on your snowmobile and pontoon. You deserve it! 🎉
