Getting a hot tub installed is quite the journey, starting with the essential permits to make sure everything's above board! 📜

Then comes the big concrete pad pour, which is a pretty serious step to support all that bubbly goodness and needs to be properly grounded. 🏗️

After that, it's all about the electrical hookups, making sure it's safe and ready to go. ⚡️

Final inspection was a breeze as always when we do it 🤙

This Airbnb is ready for winter season to get their schedule packed out !

Houses with hot tubs gets booked more then the ones without, if you need help with permitting or the whole set done let us know 🤗

We have change the stairs so they are centered with the front window, no butt joining as it looks horrible when a "deck builder" does it...

This one with withstand the house as always when we build something !

The aluminium black railing gives it more style, i dont think we will be offering the regural spindles anymore ! So be ready for a change 🤙

The way they used to build these decks is just crazy ! Posts straight into the ground with no concrete footing to rest on, and there is a wonder of why my support posts are rotten- thats why!

We use new technology called Helical Pile - its a galvanized pipe with an auger on the bottom, it gets driven into the ground to specific torque and psi so we know it will withhold the weight we will put on it! We use there for Additions as well ! 🤙
