Designed to support hands-on learning and career readiness, this facility will help students develop the real-world skills they need to thrive in today’s workforce. We’re proud to have collaborated with DLA Architects, Ltd. on this transformative project!

We’ve found our footing at Des Plaines Fire Station 62! Our friends at Eagle Concrete recently poured the footing walls for the Des Plaines Fire Department’s new fire station.

Work on the remaining footings will continue as we get ready to go vertical in the coming weeks!

Park View School is officially ready for pre-K! Lots of smiles at last week’s ribbon-cutting for the school’s new 18,000 sq. ft. addition that added pre-K learning spaces and district offices to the building. With the project complete, Morton Grove School District 70 - Park View School will begin its transition to full day Kindergarten!

We’re thrilled to help another community expand access to early childhood education. Thank you to our friends at STR Partners for helping us do so!

Early learning has a beautiful new home in Skokie! Yesterday, Skokie School District 68 welcomed students and families into its new Early Childhood Center for the first time. Seeing the space filled with smiling faces was a powerful reminder of why we love what we do.

Congratulations to District 68, and a special shoutout to STR Partners for their stunning design. We’re grateful to have played a role in making this vision a reality!

MCHS South Campus just raised the bar for student athletics! Our team was honored to join Minooka Community High School District #111 on Saturday for the grand opening of its new 90,000 sq. ft. fieldhouse.

From the new weight room and locker rooms to the first Olympic-grade Mondo USA flooring in the continental United States, every part of this facility was designed to support MCHS athletes.

We’re proud to have worked alongside DLA Architects, Ltd. to make it possible!

A milestone two years in the making! Joliet Public Schools District 86 recently celebrated the opening of new facilities at Gompers and Hufford Junior High Schools. We’re excited to see these spaces serve students and the community for generations to come!

Turning the page on an exciting transformation at Meridian School! 📚 The school’s library received a major refresh this summer, giving students an updated space to read, collaborate, and learn.

Along with the library, the school also received classroom renovations and mechanical upgrades this summer. We’re proud to continue to help students in Aptakisic-Tripp School District 102 thrive!

Momentum continues to build at Wekiva Ranch! Take a look at the latest construction progress from this new Wingspan Development Group community in Apopka, FL.

Framing is underway on four buildings across the site, while the clubhouse has been dried in and interior rough-ins are moving forward. Sitework is also progressing, including pond fencing, sidewalks, curbs, and the completion of the first lift of asphalt. With just two building slabs left to pour, all pours are expected to be complete by the end of the month.
