❄️ Before You Call for AC Service… Read This!

If your air conditioner isn’t cooling your home, turn it OFF immediately.

If your AC isn’t cooling but continues to run, the insulated refrigerant line will eventually freeze. The longer the system runs with an underlying problem, the more ice will build up, making it impossible to properly diagnose the issue.

When we arrive, your system needs to be thawed so we can accurately:
✅ Check refrigerant pressures
✅ Diagnose the problem correctly
✅ Get your AC back up and running as quickly as possible

Before you call us, do one quick thing:
✔️ Check your air filter.

A dirty or clogged air filter can restrict airflow and cause your evaporator coil to freeze.

If the filter is dirty, replace it and leave the system OFF while it thaws.

If the filter is clean and your AC still isn’t cooling, leave the system OFF and give us a call.
