Sometimes it’s the little things.

Both of your young men are absolute delights! When they finished and came in told me they had rolled up the daisy chain of electric cords I had run from the house to a lamp under the house and they also took it upon themselves to pull the 20 years worth of used filters out from under the house! That was so not necessary but very much appreciated. Excellent customer service!

This was an all hands on deck job. Both boys worked their butts off. System indoor to big to fit thru the crawl door so it had to be sectioned. Thankfully ICP Day & Night think about that and made the indoor to be easily split. The old unit had to be sawed to be removed, not ICP Day & Night.

10 year labor warranty including any refrigerant that may be needed thru JB Warranty

The home owner will not be out of pocket after today for the next 10 years.

Yes. Before you ask why. I put a trap on a positive pressure condensation drain. It’s easier to install the code required condensation fault switch. It also allows for multiple places to treat and clean the condensation pipe. (It’s the little things)

I think Adam Hawkins and John Winters need to train the new ones in the elements. Andy Webb Using a meter in a rainstorm on live voltage is always fun. 😆
