Here’s a job we finished recently south of Mount Vernon. We completely replaced all the siding and foam board and then new gable soffit and facia and then all completely new windows and doors installed by SD Window & Door.
The vinyl siding is the Dutchlap Timbercrest brand with 3/4” foamboard underneath.
So everything is looking a lot neater and definitely a lot better heating & cooling value!!

Here is a job we just finished up south of Alexandria . A sagging porch roof now leveled up and the posts on solid concrete footings with Cedar Tone treated deck boards and posts.

Here is a project we started today and this house is about to get a facelift!
An old sagging porch here and we completely removed everything while jacking up the porch roof.
We got the holes dug today and the concrete poured for the footings so tomorrow we can start framing everything up.
 We should be done by the end of next week so stay tuned for more pictures .

Here is a porch/deck that we did close to Alexandria. We actually did it last fall, but we weren’t able to finish up the ceiling at the time and no picture looked good without the ceiling finished.
We used Cedartone treated decking material and then tongue and groove pine with a clear finish for the ceiling. I love the contrast of the lighter ceiling with the darker wood!👍
Railing will come later, but our part is finished, but it’s a beautiful place to hang out with a nice view!

Here’s a bathroom we did in Fulton. We completely gutted the bathroom, re-inforced the floor and then installed a walk-in shower with a glass surround. It sure looks different and a whole lot better!!👍
