Good evening, as this winter storm rolls in make sure to remove hoses. Do not just drip water you want a straw size stream. With these temps a trip isnt fast enough to prevent frozen pipes. Also make sure to run both hot and cold on all faucets that you can. Make sure all crawlspace vents are closed. Please be advised with the amount of snowfall expected we may not be able to get out to assist but we will do our best.

Good evening as we reach the below normal Temps as a friendly reminder make sure to leave your faucets running in a straw size stream. You want to do this to both hot and cold sides as this will help prevent the pipes from freezing and bursting. Make sure all crawlspace vents are closed and all entrys are covered. Open cabinet doors where plumbing is located to allow heat in. If possible a space heater can possibly help when placed in a safe place in the crawlspace where water lines are located. Please be safe and stay warm.
