70-Unit Apartment Complex Remodel

We're proud to be wrapping up another major project!

Approximately half of these units had been condemned by the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Over the past several months, our team has worked hard to restore and upgrade the property's electrical infrastructure.

Project Highlights:
• Separated existing units and converted one unit into two
• Performed extensive electrical repairs throughout the complex
• Added dedicated HVAC circuits
• Removed old, damaged, and unsafe electrical equipment
• Installed new branch circuits as needed
• Added and upgraded lighting throughout the property
• Replaced and upgraded electrical panels
• Installed new feeders from the service equipment to individual units
• Eliminated an obsolete transformer and chiller/boiler feed
• Performed diagnostics and repairs on various electrical systems throughout the complex

We're now finishing the final section of the project and are proud of the transformation.

Here are just a few of the commercial projects we've been involved with recently, spanning from Longview to the DFW Metroplex.

Recent projects include:

1. Installation of a 24-foot Revolution HVLS fan with fire suppression integration.

2. Construction of additional packing stations with over 6,000 feet of Ethernet cable installed.

3. Installation of dock signal lights, interior and exterior indicator lights, and signage at more than 50 dock positions.

4. Structural repairs to a freight elevator.

In addition to these larger projects, our crews have been servicing numerous big-box retailers and national chain stores, performing electrical repairs, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades—all while continuing to provide the same dependable service our residential customers have come to expect.

Signs are being printed and ready to hang, the HVAC will be turned on Tuesday, and the floors are about to be completed — making the office move-in ready!

Check out these two 24' Revolution fan relocations we completed! Removed them from one area of the warehouse, upgraded the mounting hardware, and re-installed them in their new locations with over 500' of conduit ran. Another solid upgrade in the books!
