We're back from our Richwood Independent Fair break and excited to share our latest projects with you! 🐷🐮

In Marysville, we've just completed a brand new 12x13 ft hot tub pad, prioritizing safety with its sturdy 6-inch thickness. 🏊‍♂️

Meanwhile, in another Marysville project, we installed pipe to redirect rainfall away from the house foundation, guaranteeing the house should stay structurally sound. 🏡

Every season is demolition season! 🛠️ Just 2️⃣ projects we’ve completed in the last couple weeks. We removed half of a house on Harmon Patrick Rd to make room for a new addition. 🏡We also took down this old barn that had seen better days. ❌ If you’re looking for a demo team, you know who to call! 📲

Are you a happy camper but nowhere to park your trailer? 🤔 Let Bahan Excavating add a driveway addition to your property like this one we completed in Essex. We were able to remove the old grass beside the existing garage to add a parking space for this family’s camper. 🏕️ We removed the top soil, then laid down a base of 3️⃣0️⃣4️⃣ stone with 5️⃣7️⃣’s on top to match the existing drive. 🚙

This shed in Richwood was unsafe and needed to come down. 🚗 We were able to take it down without harming the building beside it. We hauled off the old shed and replaced it with a nice drive extension. 👍

We see the light! 💡 This project consisted of land clearing to install drainage tile in this jungle. 🐒 We installed 5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ ft of 6️⃣inch drainage tile to remedy not one, but two houses that couldn’t stay dry. The old tile had become compromised from tree roots. 🌳 If you are in need of of land clearing or drainage tile installation give us a call today! 📲

This home got a new septic system last week. We went to Magnetic Springs to install a leach field system consisting of a 1️⃣5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ gallon tank, and 5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ pump tank. We were limited by space so the tanks needed to be offset to make it fit correctly. 👌

We were able to knock out this new house septic line install this week. 🏡 On this Wayne Homes build in the Village of Ridgeway we installed 3️⃣4️⃣0️⃣ft of SDR35 sewer gasket pipe. This trench was lined with type 57 stone to give it a solid base on grade to make it flow
into the village sewer tie in.🚽
