Been up for 44 hours strong on fighting this storm. Lot of ups and downs the last 2 days and once again a major storm claimed another truck of mine. Transmission out on the 7.3. Time to put another one in her and then get my fully set up for snow. Tired of the problems but I also love what I do. Snow season 2026

We are hopping on here to give an update. We will be out fighting the storm until it is over and all of our properties is taken care of and cleared. Unfortunately there is a salt shortage so we’re gonna be plowing majority until the storm is almost over with, and then we will start salting. I’m gonna ask everybody to do all of us a favor that has to be out in this and work, if you do not have to travel and do not have to go out please don’t risking your car or your vehicle is not worth it and if you do have to go out and you come up on a plow truck with a salter or anything like that, please give them plenty of room to work. We are gonna be out for an extreme amount of time to try to get these roads parking lot sidewalks all safe for everybody come Monday just be courteous to us drivers as many of us will barely have any sleep whatsoever come Saturday afternoon until Monday morning/Monday night thank you and I hope everybody stays safe and stays warm.

We are going through some major changes over the winter in order to make sure 2026 will be a great season. We will be working longer hours in order to get everything done and that’s ok. I have missed some goals I had for 2025 and i definitely accomplished some major goals but the ones we missed im carrying over to 2026 and add an even more goes for 2026. It’s the only way to keep progressing and building and getting stronger. The driver I have don’t let the problems we have or breakdowns we have stopped me. It only pushes me harder to get where I want to be for this company and for my employees. My workload might be doubled or triple this year but that’s OK.

We will be looking to hire a few people that have experience. Your pay will be based on your experience. If you can’t show up to work on time, you don’t have your own transportation don’t even bother wasting my time not trying to be mean not trying to be anything like that just being upfront this year we are not putting up with a lot of things. I can promise you this if you work hard and perform like you say you can your pay will definitely reflect on what you do. We will be looking to hire somebody possibly soon depending on your experience or definitely will be hiring in February if you’re interested, please reach out.
