It has been a pleasure working with this customer to help her get this project moving in a positive direction by getting this little bathroom almost back in operation. I got the framing in place in order for the shower company to come in and install the shower pan and walls and then installed the framing over the waterproofed block walls ensuring to not damage the waterproofing material. Since this is such a small bathroom, it was decided to use pvc shiplap on the ceiling due to moisture caused by steam. Now the customer won't need to worry about mildew / mold growing on the ceiling. Next, I got the insulation in place and greenboard installed. Thank you to Jason Crump for all of your knowledge and hard work in your trades as well. It takes everyone working together to make things happen. Ultimately, all thanks to GOD for allowing us to get this little portion taken care of.

Had the blessing of fixing this little dock. Replaced some joists, drove a few new braces into the lake until I hit solid lake bed, new 2x6 pressure treated decking and a new ladder. Now the owners and community can safely utilize this dock to make more memories for years to come.

I was asked by a customer in Highlands, NC to look over some areas of this home after another individual said that they completed the work. After inspecting the areas of concern this is what was covered up. I ended up removing some 1x10 cedar lap siding, adding some framing, new plywood, underlayment and then installing new cedar siding and a new section of soffit. I feel blessed that after what happened to her by others, she entrusted me to rectify the problem areas.
