Great News!!! Kenneth Jones Electric is still looking for talented individuals to join our team! Kenneth Jones Electric is proud to announce that next year we will begin to offer PTO, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, and a 401K. Am I a small business? Yes! Do these benefits cost money? Definitely! But do you know what costs more money? Losing good employees because you don’t take care of them! I don’t know why there are not more businesses that offer benefits, or any benefits at all for that matter! If taking care of people is the right thing to do, then it is probably the best thing you can do for your business! I have been blessed to be able to grow my business since starting it in 2020, and to be able to offer these things to my employees.
