So glad that Joshua Bo Art Under The Black Flag and myself entered the competition at the VA this year. We both pushed eachother to enter into our respective categories, but also combined both of our unique talents Into one piece and took first place in the teams category as well as my other guitar the P Bass build taking second in the solo category. Both of us having pieces going to the national competition in Mississippi this year. If we do well enough we may actually be invited to visit Mississippi. Congratulations Joshua for doing the team's piece with me, and congratulations on your wins as well.

Knocked out a clipboard today for a customer who wanted one for work. I love the way these look and so do many others. They can even be customized with a buisness name, personal name, or logo. This one is purpleheart, canarywood, walnut and some maple. Standard clipboard size but 1/2 inch thick so it'll take some abuse.

Well. She is all done and is being set up by a guitarist so it sounds amazing when it goes to its new owner.

Sorry everyone. She won't be going up for sale. Someone spoke for her already! It's pending sale once it is all done. I have more walnut blanks ready to be made into custom hand made guitar bodies. As well as enough for a cherry body if any one is interested. One can also be made from any wood you think of from anywhere in the world. Customizable from pickups to the color of screws. It's really a world of possibilities if you want a custom guitar to play. Message me with any questions.

So I got a little busy on the next guitar. Well kind of obsessed and didn't want to stop to after milling all the walnut and cherry I picked up Friday. I kept pushing till tonight I had the telecaster all dry fitted. What a ride lol. Just need to finish the hours of sanding wiring and polyurethane. Then she will be all done.

Went to the mill today with the intentions of grabbing some 2 inch walnut and cherry to make 1 or 2 more guitars. Well I came home with enough wood for 11-12 guitars! 😱 milled it all up into dimensional slabs and blanks. Who wants a walnut guitar?
