We’re kicking off this road rebuild as the first step in bringing a new subdivision to life. Full-depth grinding and removal clears out years of wear and patchwork—making way for what’s coming next.

This isn’t just a new road surface. We’ll be installing all new underground utilities—water, sewer, storm, and dry utilities—before building the roadway back from the ground up.

Rolling hills. Mature oaks that had been there for decades. A site that had its own character long before we arrived, and one that demanded we build with it, not over it.

The best luxury builds don't compete with their setting. They belong to it.

Swipe through and you'll see three different entries into the same completed project. From the air, the home reads as part of the hillside low, warm, grounded, the pergola extending the structure outward into the landscape rather than closing it off. Step into the courtyard and the scale shifts a composed outdoor room with stone, timber, decomposed granite, and a bronze sculpture that was placed, not just put down. At the street, a warm stucco wall and a wood-screened gate that tells you exactly what's behind it: something private, considered, and built to last.
