Completed this job last week. Customer wanted to make mowing their grass easier. They wanted their driveway level with the yard as well as a 170’ dip/ditch filled in.
3 tandem loads of topsoil. 3 50lb bags of grass seed.
Filled, leveled, graded, seeded and strawed 8,100 sq ft total.
Now Mother Nature is doing her thing and they will have lush level green grass!

This customer wanted an overgrown gravel parking area removed from their front yard and returned back to grass.

After digging up and removing over 25 yrds of stone, the area was tilled to loosen the soil from years of compaction. Topsoil was then added, followed by seed and straw. Just in time for this mornings rain showers! A dip in the yard along the driveway was also filled, leveled, and seeded.

They also requested to have a giant Holly tree/bush taken down. A tree company gave them a quote of a few thousand to remove it. Let’s just say I saved them significant money! They can’t wait until it gets colder to have a bon-fire! Whatever is left of the stump will be removed later this fall with some other planned work.

48’ x 50’ (2,400 sq ft) Stone parking pad install.
Customer started small wanting just a spot for their brand new 35’ camper trailer.
And then it grew to accommodate future plans.
A perfectly level 10’ square area was made on the left side so that when the trailer is parked there is no need to use leveling blocks.
Using the dirt removed, 3 different areas with dips along the driveway were filled in and graded to blend the driveway and yard.
The area will be seeded in the fall to support better growth.
This job used 27 tons of #7 gravel and 370’ of 6.5’ wide geotextile fabric to prevent vegetation growth.
Treated 4x6 lumber borders the pad to contain the 3” deep stone.

This customer wanted their level green grass back after the town dug it up to install new water lines as part of infrastructure upgrades.
Almost 8 yrds of rocks and dirt were removed to get this yard level again. How that much was excess was left is unknown.
Compost top dressing was spread followed by K31 and straw. After watering Hopefully we will see green in a week!

This customers grass and soil was ruined by D&H Paving. D&H chose to use their yard as their personal parking spot for their company truck while paving a Neighbors driveway. All the while the truck was leaking fuel as well. When confronted about the situation D&H became hostile, resorting to curse words and the middle finger stating “I don’t have time for your stupid sh*t”. They refused to make the situation right. The customer has opened a BBB case as well as a civil lawsuit.

In the meantime, we got to correcting the problem!!

First, we removed the contaminated soil and replaced with fresh soil. Then applied a generous spread of compost/potting soil mix. K31 seed was then generously applied and covered up with straw mats. Outlying areas too small or odd shaped for straw mat received another coating of compost/potting soil mix to cover and protect the grass seed until germination.

Now the customer just has to water the area to see results.

24’ Above ground Doughboy Salt Water pool install. From pad enlargement to complete installation of walls, base, liner, & plumbing. Customer wanted to protect & hide the sand filter & other equipment so a cheap Lil Tykes barn was sourced.

Finished up this 11x15 Amish Shed relocation 45+ miles from its original location. Half a day loading & moving. A day repairing the rear wall. Half a day to unload.
A stone pad was made & it was set up & leveled at the new location. The entire back wall, which was being placed against an existing block shed, was replaced due to the original T1-11 being rotted at the bottom & covered by another layer of T1-11 which was also starting to rot. The previous owner has a garden with dirt directly up against the wood. A but no-no.
It was painted TSC Barn Red to match the existing building. The other 3 sides will be repaired & painted in the future as well as a dbl door added on the end. The current dbl door faces the chain link fence.
The shed was positioned this way due to property line set-backs and perfectly compliments the much smaller existing block shed.

A quick afternoon job removing some bushes for a longtime elder friend. Met back in 2006 working at Southern States (Suffering States 😂) where I drove the Tera-Gator sprayer, bulk feed truck, and tender trucks.

Removed 3 large hedge bushes, a large Azalea bush, and a large Liliac bush. Then graded flat in preparation for the installation of their new twice as large covered porch.
