Full Time Shipping / Receiving / Team Support Person

We are seeking a new team member to be our shipping/receiving and general team support person. Pacific Pipe & Pump, LLC is a Specialty piping distribution and Service company for the marine and Industrial community. We have been in business for 30 years and we are growing!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Complete shipments by processing and packing orders.

• Receive and put away inbound freight.

• Communicate with our remote location sales staff regarding orders and shipments.

• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; making crates, placing orders in delivery area.

• Enforce inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and filling requests.

• Provide quality service by following organization standards.

• Preserve safe and clean work environment.

• Complete Sales and Purchase Orders by entering required information for customer billing and purchase receipts.

• Provide good customer service and professionalism while interacting with customers.

Required/preferred skills and qualifications –

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Prior work experience in warehousing/S/R a big plus

• Piping/plumbing experience a huge plus

• Strong people skills - must have great communication skills and professional presentation.

• Basic Math skills and reading a tape measure.

• Must be knowledgeable and comfortable on the computer including, general-advanced typing speeds, familiar with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds.

• Forklift experience and carpentry (for building crates) experience a plus.

• Able to work independently while unsupervised.

• Marine experience a plus but not a must

• Ability to multi-task

• Must be prompt.

Great Hours, Great Pay & Great Place to Work

7AM to 4PM Monday thru Friday. Overtime during busy periods may be required.
