Leak on tub and shower 3 handle faucet caused by the seat in the cold side and repair man tried to fix the diverter and lost the packing nut and messed up the stem, installed new diverter stem and seat on all 3, installed new shutoff on cold supply to laundry.

From tub and shower to shower only. Moved the drain and replaced the 3 handle valve with a single handle delta 7 series. This set up is nice with the shelf in the back wall that goes all the way across and we put in backing for grab bars and a sliding door. 60” x 32” x 72”.

Please remember to disconnect your water hose after you use it throughout the winter season. It allows the pipe to empty the water out to keep it from freezing like this one.
