130' x 70' pad coming together! 🚜

We’ve been putting in the work on this pad, and it’s just about ready for the next stage — a concrete court for basketball and pickleball! 🏀

One of the biggest advantages on this project was being able to dig the dirt right here on the property and only haul it about ¼ mile to where we needed it. Less hauling, less wasted time, and a lot of dirt moved!

I was able to get these swales built just in time for all this rain! 🌧️⛈️

This pond has been struggling to stay full this year, so we added swales to capture runoff and direct more water into it. With all this rain, they're already doing exactly what they were designed to do.
