Transformation Thursday!

We removed this old Paver Patio that had been sinking and the overgrown bushes and installed a 20’ x 20’ Arizona Slate Patio in this beautiful townhome in Berlin, NJ

For this project we used our:
- Arizona Slate
- Belgian Slate Autumn Brown Border
- Custom 3 Foot landing and Steps with Eldorado Stacked Stone and TruScape Hardscape lights

Really amazing how much it opened up the yard, it looks so much bigger now!

After & Before. This project originally had a stamped concrete patio which was improperly installed, had sank and was flowing water towards the foundation.

We came in with our Signature Large Ashlar Slate with an Autumn Brown Border, a new landing with Rock Face Coping, Eldorado Stone Veneer Finish, TruScape Undercap Lighting and RDI Black Aluminum Railings.

- Large Ashlar Slate for a natural winding walkway
- Stamped overlay on the front porch to match
- 8’ wide step up with TruScape lighting and Eldorado Brick Veneer, and a Custom Mailbox to match everything.
