I have been involved in residential & commercial projects the last 20 yrs for both modular and site-built construction. Prior to starting our own business, I was involved in Multi-Family & Apartment projects, Assisted Living Projects, Commercial projects and a Habitat for Humanity project. I was involved in the modular building industry, both residential housing, and commercial buildings with fast
food restaurants and school buildings. In 2016, I went on my own as a Contract CAD Designer with the support of my wife and together we are building & growing our business. We are located near the Fort Wayne, Indiana Area and are looking to build our professional network of contractors, developers, engineers, architects, surveyors, realtors or the individual home owner as well as the modular building community. It doesn’t matter if you are right next door or clear across the country, we can help. We have provided drawings for a simple garage, single family homes, multi-story homes, and many other projects. We can take your site-built plans and converted them into modular building units or design you a site built plan from your modular plans. We can also do as-build drawings, detail/shop drawings, site/plat drawings and more. We are NOT an engineering or an architect firm, but we have out-side licensed professionals we can work together with if the need arises for your project. We understand the importance of turnaround time; believe in good, honest, customer service and the old-school values of doing business, where a hand shake and your word still mean something.
