This project was my summer...I enjoyed the creative freedoms on this one. The customers asked for multiple projects on this house. It was vacant and had been on the market years ago and didn't sell. They decided to freshen it up and put it back on the market. Here is a list of projects we completed:
1. Pressure washed the entire exterior of the main house, stone wall, sidewalks and two other stone buildings
2. All landscaping around the house including timing and new mulch.
3. Renovate the upstairs Bathroom
4. Renovate the entire Kitchen
5. Renovate one of the enclosed porches/laundry room
6. Add a half Bathroom to the first floor

I was asked by a friend to help a local fire company with a project they wanted done. It was quite a project, but I was willing to take it on. Plans started 2 years ago, then it finally got started this summer. We started grinding and preping the floor, and after a long wait for products we were finally able to finish it recently. I'm thankful that the Chief was understanding of the problems that were out of my control with product availability.

I am proud of how it turned out and extremely thankful to everyone that helped me when I was in need on this project.

This beautiful custom built project is still a work in progress, but wanted to share even though is not done yet. Counter top and base are American walnut slabs, the post trims are curly walnut and black walnut cabinet (no finished yet). Did I mention the ceiling is black walnut?

This is only half of the kitchen, so far and obviously alot more needs done, but we wanted to show how is looks currently.

Another satisfyied customer!!
This project started by the homeowner falling inside this original fiberglass shower unit. They asked for a more accessible shower with a lower curb height and no seats. They also requested full height walls for spray protection.
This project had a few small challenges, but nothing that couldn't be overcome!
We installed a new low curb shower pan, solid surface walls and ceiling, custom corner trims, a slide bar shower head, (4) ADA grab bars for transferring and stability during a shower, and a recessed niche!!

This shower now feels bigger than it is and is alot more accessible!

ATTENTION PLEASE!!

I would like to share something with everyone. Due to multiple reasons, I will no longer be taking on any more construction projects at this time. I am shifting my focus to a less physically demanding career and focusing on my knowledge, education and experience of 22 years in this industry. Let me be clear, I LOVE this business and seeing projects finished and looking amazing, however a main reason for my decision is my physical health. I have not been good to my body doing this work for so long.

I will now be offering the following services:

Project Design
Do you have an idea for a project and don't know how to get it started? I can help take your project from an idea to a full set of permit drawings for construction that are to code and required for most residential projects. I am not an architect, but i can offer you the same service for a lower cost and a quicker turn around.

Project Management
Do you want to make sure that your project is built correctly and in a timely manner? I can manage any sized project you have. I am able to manage a project from concept to completion. This could range from site visits during construction and consulting with the contractor to full management of materials, invoices, payments and most important QUALITY CONTROL!!

Consulting
Already doing a project and just want peice of mind to know that it's going properly, with the correct materials and construction practices? Yes, I can help.

Inspection Services
Do you have an issue and need a professional opinion on what may need done to fix it? Are you going to be selling your home and need an inspection? I will soon be certified to complete these tasks! I am available to give professional advice on any issues your home may have.

We are seaking anyone interested in working in the construction industry.

This position is an entry level position to the construction field. Work would consist of, clean-up, gathering materials and tools, general labor and introduction to cartpenrty.

Your own transportation and a driver's license is required.

Personal tools are not required, but a plus.

Integrity and responsibility is a requirement.

Pay will be negotiated at time of hire, and will increase as your skills do.
