🏠 DAY 1 — It All Starts With the Delivery!

We’ve already shown you a couple looks at this project, but now we’re going back to the beginning and taking you through this tile roof project from Day 1 to completion.

And a project like this starts with a BIG delivery. 🚛

This load included the Spanish roof tile, hip & ridge pieces, Lion Head tiles, end caps, TPO materials, underlayment, and more — all carefully unloaded and staged next to the home before work begins.

There’s a lot more that goes into a tile roof than just the field tile you see from the ground. Throughout this series, we’re going to show you the different pieces, the tear-off, what we find underneath, the installation process, and the details that bring the finished roof together.

🏠 One of our biggest roofing projects in Dyersburg TN — and one we're proud to put our name on.
Our team recently completed this large, complex roofing project, replacing the clay tile roofing system and installing new TPO roofing on the low-slope sections.
With multiple roof elevations, transitions, valleys, tile sections, and flat-roof areas, this wasn't your average roofing job. Projects like this take careful planning, experienced installers, and attention to every detail.

3 different homes. Same problem. None of these roofs looked that bad from the ground…But once we got up there — damage, weak spots, and issues that would’ve turned into leaks.That’s how it usually happens.
