They will be getting spray foam on the Ballast EPDM roof, and we’re in the process of coating the metal.

This was an existing commercial metal roof.

It got pressure washed, sprayed with 1.5" of foam over the metal and then sprayed base coat and white Conklin top coat over the foam.

This roof is now seamless, waterproof, energy efficient, white and has a non-prorated warranty.

NO MORE LEAKS‼️

This was an old roll roof that had been tarred several times. They had lots of leaks.

It got sprayed with 1.5 inches of foam on this roof.
Then it was sprayed with Base Coat coatings over the foam.

After that we sprayed White Elastomeric
Top Coat over the entire roof.

The roof is now white, seamless, energy efficient, waterproof and has a long materials and labor warranty for the building owner.

LEAKY ROOF ❓⁉️ ......⬇️

Here is a metal restoration on a pole barn roof. This was a rusty metal roof that leaked all over the place.

Here's what was done.

1. Pressure washed it with a cleaner.

2. Sprayed a red primer on the entire roof

that stops the rust.

3. Put fabric embedded in coatings on all the side and end laps.

4. Put fastener grade caulk on all the screw and nail heads.

5. Sprayed the entire roof white.
