Congratulations to Luke on being named Apprentice of the Month! 👏 We’re proud to have you on our team!

Congratulations to Luke Bovard, our February Milwaukee Tool Apprentice of the Month! Luke is a 2nd Year Inside Apprentice who is working at Thompson Electric, Inc. Ohio and he's had a number of excellent evaluations in the last month that have earned him this month's award. First, "Luke does a great job. He is good at staying busy and he follows directions well. I think he is on track or slightly above average for his time as an apprentice. He shows up early and has no problem being one of the last to leave. He's a good kid and I have no problem working with him anytime." Next, "Luke is doing well, he learns quickly, and adapts to a changing environment with ease." And finally, "I had Luke on my job for 2 weeks during the holiday season and I had zero problems and he showed good mechanical skills and initiative." You're knocking it out of the park, Luke! Keep up the great work!
