Entry door replacement, door leaked through sill plate . Messed up subfloor and rim joist . Replaced subfloor , sister rim joists , installed flashing tape and silicone under sill pan . Caulked everything.

Needs some touch up paint . Though out with whirlpool tub tile, got rid of the weirdest drop ceiling, rearranged can lights and switches , both drains for bathtub and sink needed to be reworked. Fittes bathfan cover , maxx bathtub , utile surround . New lvt flooring .
