We hid the ugly spaghetti box behind the backsplash. New counters, paint and lighting.

Full 2 bed 1 bath gut-out! With fun little carpentry projects. Hall/entrance built-in hat hanger with shelve and mirror (pic 2), curved windows (pic 4) and build in hutch in dining room (pic 7). Designed by Lancet design to keep the character of the original build, modern heating and cool new electric service and all new materials without breaking the bank!
