Due to the current state of emergency conditions across Middle Tennessee, we want to share a friendly but important reminder regarding winter weather preparedness—specifically the threat of accumulating ice.

Ice accumulation creates serious safety hazards for tenants, customers, and service providers. Pre-salting driveways, parking areas, and walkways before ice forms is one of the most effective ways to reduce risk. Once ice bonds to concrete or asphalt, it becomes significantly harder—and more expensive—to melt and remove.

Taking proactive steps now can help prevent slips and falls, reduce property damage, and keep your site accessible during these conditions. Early treatment makes a big difference.

Looking to hire at least one more individual this season. Pay will be DOE. Monday - Friday and some weekends will be required. We have several really large properties so the endurance to potentially be on a weedeater almost an entire day would be ideal. This is a 1099 position. You must be able to fill out a W-9 and have a valid SSN. You will file your own taxes. Day of call outs are extremely frowned upon, as our schedule is set days in advance. Must be able to work quickly but efficiently. Speed is vital over everything except quality. Inbox us!
