WE’RE HIRING — CANVASSING REPRESENTATIVES
Roof Repair Expert LLC is growing, and we are looking for motivated people who want an opportunity to make money, learn sales, and grow with a real local roofing company.
You will be going door-to-door in Rutherford County, speaking with homeowners, introducing our company, and helping set qualified roof inspection appointments for our team.
No roofing experience is required. We provide training, uniform, and business cards.
Pay:
$10 per hour + bonus
You also earn a 10% performance bonus based on the sales rep’s profit from jobs you help set.
Example:
If a job closes and the sales rep profit is $1,000, you earn a $100 bonus.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Morning Shift:
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon Shift:
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Every other Saturday available.
Sundays optional.
Afternoon hours usually get the best results.
We are looking for people who are reliable, professional, confident talking to homeowners, willing to knock doors daily, motivated to make money, have their own vehicle, and are ready to work in Rutherford County.
Weekly expectations:
Minimum 4 qualified appointments per week
80–100 doors knocked per day
Daily reporting to management
This is not a job for lazy people. This is for someone who wants an opportunity and is willing to work for it.
