My name is Justin and I have been in the roofing business since 2011, where I started as a sales representative and have held multiple positions in the roofing industry since. In 2017, I moved from the contracting side of the business to the adjusting side when I became an independent appraiser for multiple insurance carriers including Farm Bureau, Nationwide, Shelter, Cincinnati, and many more!

My goal with this page is to help the consumer make educated decisions on their roofing needs using my experience. Adjusting 400+ roofs a year as an appraiser has given me a lot of insights on typical problems and questions that homeowners have when it comes to roofing. I have seen many homeowners make unnecessary claims with their insurance due to lack of knowledge on what warrants one or a contractor pushing them into making one! This can have a negative impact on your insurance
