One of the most meaningful parts of this month’s project highlight story isn't just how the pool was built.

It's what happened nearly two years later.

When two of the pool lights stopped working, the Kirby family assumed they were probably no longer covered by warranty.

But when service technician David looked into the issue, he quickly explained that the lights were covered, and our team replaced them without hassle.

Building the pool is only one part of the relationship. Being there for you, the homeowner after construction is complete, is just as important.

In this month’s project highlight, from the beginning, the Kirby family had a vision for creating a space that felt like home. Our design team worked closely with them to bring that vision to life, including a custom waterfall that has become one of the family's favorite features.

As Sherry explained, our designer listened to their ideas, answered their questions and helped them work through the details of the project. Together, they came up with the idea for the waterfall, adding a unique element that gives the pool even more personality.

A clean pool is about more than what you can see on the surface. Filters need attention. Salt cells need cleaning. Water needs to be maintained.

And sometimes… your pool just needs a little extra care. That’s where our service department can help.

From filter and salt cell cleaning to pool cleaning and hot tub cleaning, we offer one-time services and weekly maintenance plans to help keep your backyard ready to enjoy.

Because pool ownership should be about making memories - not making a maintenance checklist.

Let us take care of the details so you can get back in the water. Call (615) 238-4144 to schedule your pool service today!
