This beautiful room addition is located directly off the primary suite. It was previously a covered porch. We removed the sliding glass door, widened and raised the opening, added crown molding to hide the motorized curtains. Removed the concrete porch and framed it up to be level with the bedroom then added heated tile floors. Great work by all those involved, and clients that were a joy to work with !

So happy to have completed this beautiful custom home for our wonderful clients! We did an addition for our clients at their previous home, and were honored when they asked us to build their custom home on their property across the road! Our clients own and we were able to use their beautiful reclaimed wood in several locations. Our client supplied the walnut and built a gorgeous kitchen!

Before and after!
We are thrilled at the way this transformation turned out.
We renovated the existing covered back deck into more interior living space, and added a new deck. New cedar shake siding and board and batten looks great next to the 30+ year old siding. Inside we did a new kitchen and a new fireplace. We love giving older homes their next beautiful chapter !
