Three things homeowners need to decide before framing goes up on every JQH build.

1.Window and door selections. Every brand has its own rough opening sizes, and framers need those specs to size the openings correctly. Locking in your selections early keeps the framing accurate from the start.
2.Ceiling details. Standard, vaulted, or tray ceilings each affect the lumber package and framing labor differently. This is the point where that decision shapes the build.
Interior layout details.
2.Closets, hallway widths, and room flow all get set here. These can be changed later, but it comes at a real cost: more materials, more labor, more time.
