It truly pains us to have to make a post like this, but there has been a group of individuals intentionally imitating our brand. They have even been going as far as paying for Google ads with our exact business name. Over the past year, we have been collecting as much evidence as possible reflecting the confusion it has caused our customer base, suppliers, and even water departments. It has truly been a nightmare for us as the opposing party swiftly disposed of our cease and desist letter, and they wish to continue riding on our coat tails for financial gain. We are a Registered Trademark company looking for a hungry attorney who may be interested in our pursuit of legal action and helping us seek damages or reimbursement of legal fees from the opposing party. My business partner and I built this business through COVID and many other difficult times, and I would hate to let someone else reap the rewards of a brand we built together all those years ago.
