The city identified the sewer line break and notified us that it was designated with a green mark at a depth of 8ft. We excavated to 10ft but did not find the issue. Nevertheless, we subsequently located the problem 5ft away and at a depth of only 3ft. Moreover, we found an SDR35 pipe duct-taped under the sidewalk, as recorded on video.
