✨ Employee Spotlight: Casey ✨
Meet Casey, one of our Account Managers from our Utah landscaping division! 🌿
Although Casey has been with the team for just three months, he brings an incredible 31 years of landscaping experience to the role. He began his career as an Irrigation Technician and worked his way up through the industry, most recently serving as an Irrigation Manager before joining our team as an Account Manager. His extensive knowledge and passion for the industry make him a valuable resource for both our clients and team members.
What Casey enjoys most about his role is building strong relationships with clients. He believes every property manager has a unique communication style and set of expectations, and he enjoys getting to know each one to provide the best possible service.
One accomplishment Casey is especially proud of is managing several high-profile properties while helping develop and implement new procedures to better serve clients with complex needs. He thrives on exceeding expectations and enjoys working with clients who require extra attention, finding satisfaction in delivering solutions and building long-term partnerships.
When asked what it takes to be successful, Casey keeps it simple: answer your phone, listen to your clients, and always focus on finding solutions rather than making excuses. He believes strong communication and a willingness to help are the foundation of exceptional customer service.
Outside of work, Casey loves spending time outdoors. Whether he's golfing, playing softball, hiking, or fishing, you'll usually find him enjoying everything nature has to offer. ⛳🎣🥾
