Wright, P.E. founded JWright Companies to meet the growing needs of residential and commercial development in the Intermountain West. When many small construction companies were closing their doors during the great recession, JWright Companies was growing and steadily adding to the list of services provided, including rock crushing and heavy highway construction. s was also recognized by Utah Business Magazine as one of the top five of the “Fast 50.” In 2014, JWright Companies broadened its services yet again to include servicing the oil & gas industry with the acquisition of J&R Construction, based in Roosevelt, Utah. In 2015, with more growth on the horizon, JWright Companies acquired A&D Oilfield Dozers, based in Rawlins, Wyoming in order to broaden the locations served by JWright Companies’ oil & gas services division.
